Trial offers have proven to be an effective means to customer acquisition, as the consumer responds well to the no-risk trial offers and there is a large base of affiliate advertisers that will market these offers on a CPA basis through a variety of channels across the internet.

In addition to offering the trial of health and beauty products customers are automatically enrolled in an auto ship program. Auto ship is a simple, convenient way to automatically receive your favorite products that you use every day – so you never have to worry about running out. You receive free S&H on all future shipments of the item! By purchasing the item, you are agreeing to a convenient monthly delivery of the product automatically billed to your credit card at your locked-in selling price, with free S&H per shipment of the product, plus any applicable sales tax. You may adjust your next delivery date or change the time between each shipment to receive more or less frequently.

Landing Pages
For all trial offers we build out a very product specific micro site that is designed to demonstrate the product and be attractive to the target demographic for the product. The sites are very informative about the product offer but are optimized for conversions by testing different landing pages and maintaining a simple streamlined check out process.

Trial Cost structure and profitability
Trial offers are designed around private products that have high profit margins. CPA payouts to affiliates range from $40-$45 depending on the offer. Trials are typically structured in one of two ways:

The customer receives a trial size product (1 week supply) and will only pay shipping and handling on the trial, but then receive their first full size auto-shipment within the first two weeks if they have not cancelled. In this case the trial shipment will be a loss, as the only revenue generated is the shipping and handling. After product cost and the CPA on average the loss is -$25-$35. However the campaign becomes profitable on shipment two at the full size price. The customer receives a full size product with a delayed billing attached to it. They can try the product for 15 days before being billed but if they do not wish to pay for the product they must return it within the trial period. In this case the program may break even on the first shipment and then become profitable on the auto ship.

Revenue Stream – With the health and beauty club offers we are building a growing monthly revenue stream of auto shipment rebills creating a growing demand and awareness for our products. We are also building a growing database of health and beauty product buyers that can be used to create additional revenue through other channels and offers. These channels include direct mail, e-mail and list rental. It also creates awareness across the web for our products and brands.
